A Resort Wear and Swimsuit Show was held last November 12 and was participated by Miss Earth 2009 delegates. The prestigious event was hosted by Club Balai in Talisay, Batangas. Among the crowd’s favorites were Miss Brazil, Larissa Ramos and Miss Mexico, Miss Natalia Perez. However, Miss Northern Ireland, Kayleigh O’Reilly had everyone amazed when she was proclaimed Miss Island Rose for Miss Earth 2009. The young sales advisor and model is an advocate for earth’s natural resources’ preservation for the future. Island Rose judges unanimously chose Miss Northern Ireland for the special award for her elegance, natural look and pleasing personality.
